Our Approach
At Serenity Mental Health, we take a collaborative and holistic approach to mental health treatment. We believe that mental health is a complex and multifaceted issue that requires a personalized treatment plan to address each client's unique needs. Our goal is to work with your primary care provider, therapist and other specialists to provide integrated treatment that combines medication management with counseling and other supportive services. We are committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care that empowers our clients to achieve their treatment goals.
Our Services
Our primary role is to evaluate and treat mental health conditions. Typically this will include a psychiatric evaluation to identify or confirm treatment goals and diagnosis(es) which may take one or more sessions. These appointments often- but not always- result in prescriptions to treat those concerns. We may also recommend lifestyle changes or supplements to improve symptoms. We prefer to work with your other providers and therapist when applicable to create an integrated treatment plan unique to each individual patient. When necessary we may also order blood work, request past medical records and/or make referrals to other specialists.
