Serenity Mental Health is a psychiatric practice (mental health clinic) that provides diagnostic evaluation, medication management and other services to adults in Tennessee.

Serenity Mental Health utilizes a holistic and integrative approach to mental health treatment.  We conduct mental health evaluations, provide second opinion assessments, provide medication management and offer supportive therapy in addition to other services. We can also offer recommendations on additional testing, lifestyle modifications or supplements. We are currently offering these services via telehealth and face to face at our new office within Premier Medical Park.

 We are currently in-network with most commercial insurance plans. These include Aetna, Optum, Cigna, United Health Care, Oscar, Oxford, Quest, Carelon, Evernorth and several others. We also provide reduced rates for cash paying clients. In some cases, we may be able to provide an itemized bill for people with other commercial plans to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. We are NOT able to see any type of TennCare or Medicare in our office. 

In most cases, all of your care can be provided from the comfort of your home. After you request an appointment, our team will work to verify your insurance or other payment method, enroll you in services and help you complete your intake forms. After this a link to your appointment will be sent as well as reminders ahead of time. At the time of the appointment, you will connect with your provider via ZOOM and complete the assessment. If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice, and follow up care will be scheduled.
